Year-Round STEAM Enrichment for Homeschool Groups
The South Shore YMCA Nature Center invites homeschool students to join us throughout the year for immersive, nature-based STEAM enrichment. Designed for curious and creative learners, our hands-on programs provide students with the opportunity to explore the natural world while building foundational skills in science, technology, engineering, art, and math.
Led by our experienced environmental educators, programs support learning through inquiry-based, student-driven activities that encourage critical thinking and exploration. Curriculum is aligned with the Massachusetts Science, Technology, and Engineering Frameworks and emphasizes real-world problem solving.
Programs take full advantage of both our indoor classrooms and beautiful outdoor spaces, including trails, gardens, and animal habitats, creating a dynamic learning environment year-round. We currently offer fall, winter, spring, and summer sessions.
